Philip Pearson has lived in Bedhampton for 29 years and before then lived in Portchester so has an understanding of local issues.

He is actively involved in the Unite Union and has worked in the Portsmouth naval base for over 20 years.

Priorities are:

• Support for local shops and businesses
• Adequate housing for everyone – not just to buy
